Student Satisfaction with Lecturer Performance

Student satisfaction with lecturer performance is a crucial aspect of higher education that impacts students' learning experiences and academic outcomes. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing student satisfaction regarding lecturer performance at the University of Lampung. A quantitative survey method was employed, involving 300 students as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire that assessed lecturer competence, teaching methods, and lecturer-student interaction. The results indicate that lecturer competence and innovative teaching methods have a significant influence on student satisfaction. This study provides insights for the institution to enhance the quality of education and academic services.
