Education plays a role as an influence that improves and directs individuals towards a better direction, without eliminating a person's basic identity or characteristics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of inclusive education on the academic and social achievements of students with special needs (ABK) at the elementary school level. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with bibliometric analysis used to examine the effect of inclusive education on the academic and social achievements of children with special needs. The results of this study found that inclusive education has a significant positive impact on ABK, especially in the development of social skills and academic achievement. Through learning tailored to the individual needs of students, ABK can interact with peers, learn social skills such as communication, cooperation, and empathy, and increase motivation and participation in learning. Despite challenges, such as a lack of facilities, teacher training, and consistent parental support, collaboration between teachers, parents, and the community is key to the success of inclusive education. With the right support, inclusive education can create an inclusive environment and support the holistic development of students with special needs, both academically and socially.
