Pendampingan Pembelajaran Tajwid Berbasis Nazam untuk Meningkatkan Ketepatan Bacaan Al-Qur'an Santri Di Ponpes Nurul Ulum Sumber Nangka Ponjanan Barat Pamekasan

Abstract

Limited understanding of tajwid rules and the lack of varied instructional methods remain challenges in improving the accuracy of Qur'anic recitation among students in Islamic boarding schools. This community service program aimed to assist students through Nazam Al-Tajwid-based instruction to improve the accuracy of Qur'anic recitation at Nurul Ulum Sumber Nangka Islamic Boarding School, Pamekasan. The program was conducted after the 'Isha prayer for one month in the female students' prayer hall, with each session lasting 90 minutes and involving 11 female students from junior and senior Islamic secondary levels. The implementation included initial observation, instruction on the rules of nun sākinah and tanwīn, nun and mīm mushaddadah, mīm sākinah, and al rules using Nazam Al-Tajwid, followed by Qur'anic recitation practice, memorization submission, oral questioning, oral tests, and recitation evaluation. The results showed that approximately eight students demonstrated improved accuracy in Qur'anic recitation, greater ability to identify tajwid rules, and increased confidence during recitation and memorization submission. Therefore, the Nazam Al-Tajwid method can serve as an effective instructional approach for strengthening tajwid learning in Islamic boarding schools.
