Women are strategic actors in family and community development. However, limited access to education, economic literacy, digital literacy, and decision-making skills remains a major challenge that weakens women's social bargaining power, particularly at the community level. These limitations reduce opportunities for decent employment, constrain household economic productivity, and limit women's participation in decision-making processes. This community service program aimed to strengthen women's educational literacy as a strategy to enhance individual capacity, improve social bargaining power, and promote economic self-reliance. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of needs assessment, program design, training, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The intervention included educational literacy training, digital literacy, financial literacy, entrepreneurship development, and women's leadership strengthening. The results demonstrated significant improvements in participants' knowledge, their ability to develop household financial plans, their use of digital technology for learning and marketing purposes, and their self-confidence in participating in social and economic activities. These findings indicate that strengthening educational literacy is an effective strategy for enhancing women's capacities, reinforcing their social position, and fostering household economic self-reliance.
