This study examines the association between employees’ perceptions of work-hour arrangements and employee performance at PT Lion Parcel Express, Halim, Jakarta. Questionnaire data were obtained from 92 employees through a saturated sample. The work-hours score was calculated from five directionally aligned statements on schedule fit, schedule clarity, time sufficiency, rest breaks, and working beyond scheduled hours. Performance was measured using 16 statements in the dedicated performance section. Simple linear regression produced a positive coefficient of 0.590, an R² of 29.7%, and a robust HC3 Wald F(1,90) of 12.533 (p = 0.0006). The results indicate a significant positive association between more favorable work-hour arrangements and self-reported performance. Because the data are cross-sectional and self-reported, the findings establish an association rather than causal proof.
