Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The quality of the instruments was tested with validity tests and reliability tests, then the data were analyzed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. Hypothesis testing was carried out through a t-test, F test, and a determination coefficient test. The results of the study showed that (1) agile performance management had a positive and significant effect on the service performance of Maleo Town Square Mamuju employees; (2) work engagement has a positive and significant effect on service performance; (3) the reward system has a positive and significant effect on service performance; and (4) agile performance management, work engagement, and reward systems simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on service performance.
