This study aims to analyze the influence of Information Technology and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as a mediating variable at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Majene. Employee performance is an important factor in supporting organizational effectiveness; therefore, understanding the factors that can improve employee performance is necessary. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative research design. The population in this study consisted of all employees at BAPPEDA of Majene Regency. The sample consisted of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) to examine the relationships among variables in the research model. The results of the study indicate that Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The Work Environment also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In addition, Work Motivation has been proven to positively and significantly mediate the effect of Information Technology on Employee Performance. Work Motivation also positively and significantly mediates the effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance. These findings indicate that improving the utilization of information technology, creating a conducive work environment, and increasing work motivation can optimally enhance employee performance
