Student report cards are a representation of students learning outcomes achieved over the course of a semester. The final report card is derived from the processing of several student grades. Cerdas Ummat Madani Elementary School is an institution where student grade data is processed using Microsoft Word by entering the data manually one by one, which takes a considerable amount of time for managing student grade data. This research aims to develop a report card management system that can reduce the risk of data loss and damage as well as accelerate the student report card processing. The report card management system will be built using a MySQL database. This system is developed using web-based programming with the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system design adopts the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach, which includes activity diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use case diagrams to illustrate the flow, structure, and interactions within the system. In its implementation, the system is developed using the CodeIgniter framework with the PHP programming language, supported by HTML, JavaScript, and CSS technologies for the user interface. System testing is carried out using the black-box testing method to ensure that all system functionalities work as expected. Based on the testing results, the student report card management system is expected to improve the efficiency of student grade processing as well as ensure data security during the report card printing process at Cerdas Ummat Madani Elementary School.
