Perancangan Sistem Manajemen Jasa Fotografi pada Ndrsphotography Studio Berbasis Web dengan Metode R.A.D

Abstract

PT. Ndrsphotography Studio is a professional photography service provider that still runs its operations manually, especially in recording booking data, transactions, and reports, resulting in inefficiency and potential errors in service. This study aims to design and develop a web-based photography service management information system to overcome these problems. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) because it can accelerate the process of creating a system through an iterative and collaborative approach with users. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies, then analyzed qualitatively. This system was built using PHP and MySQL and tested using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that the system is able to facilitate the booking process, payments, gallery management, to reporting more quickly, accurately, and integrated. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a web-based system with the RAD method can improve operational efficiency and service quality at PT. Ndrsphotography Studio. This study provides a real contribution to digitizing photography services and opens up opportunities for further development into mobile platforms and online payment system integration.
