The rapid development of science, technology, and globalization has brought about various transformations in human life. These changes require every individual to have the ability to adapt and compete through the utilization of technology to maximize performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee performance at PT Akbar Global Express, Tangerang City. The research method used was quantitative, with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to all 40 company employees. The independent variables in this study were compensation (X1) and leadership style (X2), while the dependent variable was employee performance (Y). Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27 with a coefficient of determination of 0.25, or 25%. The results indicate that compensation and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This indicates that providing fair compensation and implementing an appropriate leadership style can increase employee productivity and work morale. These findings have implications for company management in designing performance improvement strategies through more effective and efficient human resource management.
