In the current digitalization era, companies are expected to continue to improve their existence in achieving company goals. Employee performance is one of the indicators that determine the success of an organization. Inefficient performance is often caused by suboptimal leadership and low work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Antapura Elite Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type, namely research used to test the relationship between independent variables (Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation) to the dependent variable, namely (employee performance). Data analysis techniques used are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination testing. The number of respondents in this study was 50 employees. The results of the study showed that the variables of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 6.044> t table 2.011 significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation also has a positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t-value of 9.910 > t-table 2.011 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, transformational leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F-value of 48.108 > F-table 3.195 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. The coefficient of determination (????2) is 0.672, representing 67% of employee performance, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other variables not examined.
