The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Xinchuan Telecom West Jakarta

Amidst the development of technology and post-pandemic work culture, organizations across various industrial sectors face significant challenges in increasing employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at Xinchuan Telecom West Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative design with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that aims to explain cause-and-effect relationships systematically and measurably. This study focuses on the influence of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at Xinchuan Telecom West Jakarta. In this study, the population determined to be the object of research is all employees of Xinchuan Telecom West Jakarta consisting of 50 people. The results of the study simultaneously show that leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Xinchuan Telecom West Jakarta, so it can be concluded that leadership style and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Xinchuan Telecom West Jakarta.
