The Influence of Career Development and Job Insecurity on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Gifera Odo Technologi West Jakarta

Career Development and Job Insecurity are factors that cause an increase or decrease in employee Turnover Intention. The purpose of this study is to determine how Career Development (X1) and Job Insecurity (X2) affect Turnover Intention (Y). The object of this research was conducted at PT Gifera Odo Technology West Jakarta which is engaged in the field of Information Communication and Technology (ICT). This research method uses a quantitative approach with statistical data through data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation methods. In addition, the sampling technique used is a total sample where the entire population is sampled in this study. The results of this study indicate that Career Development (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y), this is proven by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05 and a calculated t value > t table, namely 2.438 > 2.0117. There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between Career Development and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention, as evidenced by the F-test results, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a calculated F-value > F-table, i.e., 45.840 > 3.200.
