The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Inbisco Niagatama Jakarta

Leadership style and work motivation are factors that cause an increase or decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine how leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) affect employee performance (Y). The object of this research was conducted at PT Inbisco Niagatama Jakarta which operates in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative approach with statistical data through data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. In addition, the sampling technique used is a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled in this study. The results of this study indicate that leadership style (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), this is proven by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a calculated t value > t table, namely 3.376 > 2.002. There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, as evidenced by the F-test results, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value > bold F, i.e., 94.652 > F table 3.16.
