Abstract

Organizational climate and leadership are factors that influence employee performance directly or indirectly. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate and leadership on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach, using a saturated sample technique with a total of 36 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant partial influence between organizational climate on employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of less than 0.05 and the calculated t value> t table. There is a positive and significant partial influence between leadership on employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of less than 0.05 and the calculated t value> t table. There is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between organizational climate and leadership on employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the F test with a significance value of less than 0.05 and the calculated F value> F table.
