Abstract

This research is motivated by the urgency of improving the quality of madrasah education through optimizing human resource management, especially in the context of developing teacher professionalism, this study aims to analyze the implementation of optimizing human resource management in improving teacher professionalism at MTs Putri PUI Majalengka. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study involves data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that optimizing human resource management at MTs Putri PUI Majalengka has been carried out systematically through human resource development strategies, teacher performance evaluations, and professional competency improvement programs. The research findings indicate a significant increase in teacher pedagogical and professional competencies, which are reflected in the improvement in the quality of learning and student achievement. The implications of the study point to the importance of strengthening an integrated and sustainable human resource management system in developing the professionalism of madrasah teachers.
