This study examines the role of Islamic leadership based on hadith in the context of modern organizational development. The purpose of the study is to explore and analyze in depth the role of Islamic leadership based on hadith in the context of organizational development. The main focus is directed at the Concept of Islamic Leadership, hadith and management and Organizational Development. The data collection method used by the author is library research. Library research is a research approach that involves the process of searching, collecting, and analyzing data sources which are then processed and presented in the form of a research report. The results of the study indicate that the role of Islamic leadership based on hadith in organizational development has an influence especially in the aspects of: a) the principle of justice in management, b), honesty in organizational management, c), responsibility in leadership and d), trustworthiness in office.
