This research is entitled "The influence of knowledge, trust and religiosity on interest in online investment in sharia shares (Study of Leogatt Group Employees)". This research (on Leogatt Group employees) aims to determine the influence of knowledge, trust and religiosity on interest in online investment in sharia shares. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Research data was collected via a g-form link distributed to the Leogatt Group company. Next, it was analyzed using Partial Least Squares statistics with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. This research is quantitative research, to determine the influence of knowledge, trust and religiosity on interest in online investment in sharia shares in the Leogatt Group study, Structural Equatio Modeling (SEM) analysis was used, the number of samples in this research was 100 employees. Based on the SmartPLS 4.0 calculation results, knowledge has no effect on online investment interest and is not statistically significant. This is shown by the p-value of 0.352, the original sample value of 0.12, the T statistic of 0.9311, as well as the resultant rejection of Ho1 and acceptance of Ha1 which shows that there is no independent or partial influence between other variables. Meanwhile, the hypothesis that there is an influence of trust on Online Investment Interest has a p-value of 0.000 with a T statistic of 3.554 and an original sample value of 0.555, so that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is an independent or partial influence between other variables. And the hypothesis that there is an influence of religiosity on Online Investment Interest has a p-value of 0.016 with a T statistic of 2.414 and an original sample value of 0.274, so that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is an independent or partial influence between other variables.
