Workshop Pembuatan Desain Pembelajaran Mendalam Berbasis Budaya Lokal Bagi Guru PAUD Sekecamatan Sanrobone

Abstract

Learning in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a strategic role in building the foundation of children's character, values, and early skills. However, many PAUD teachers still lack the ability to optimally integrate local culture into in-depth and meaningful learning designs. This workshop aims to improve the competency of PAUD teachers throughout Sanrobone District in designing in-depth learning designs based on local culture that are contextual and relevant to children's lives. The workshop included material presentations, discussions, practical instructional design development, and mentoring. The results showed an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in developing learning designs that utilize local cultural elements as learning resources. This workshop is expected to encourage more meaningful PAUD learning, rooted in local wisdom, and aligned with the developmental needs of early childhood
