This study examines the development of Indonesian language teaching materials based on blended learning as a response to the challenges of learning in the digital era. Blended learning integrates face-to-face, online, and independent learning to create a flexible and interactive learning experience. In the context of Indonesian language learning, this approach can overcome the dominance of grammatical and rote memorization methods by encouraging more communicative and applicable learning. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach through literature review. The results of the study indicate that blended learning is effective in increasing students' learning motivation, independence, and digital literacy. To optimize its implementation, appropriate instructional design, teacher competency enhancement, and adaptive educational policy support are needed. Blended learning has proven to be a relevant and transformative learning model in shaping a generation of 21st-century learners.
