The phenomenon of bullying remains a serious issue in elementary schools, negatively affecting students’ emotional and social development. This community service program aims to provide anti- bullying education to enhance students’ empathy and positive social behavior. The program was implemented at SD Negeri 146 Inpres Bontokanang, involving 35 students from grades IV and V. The activities included socialization sessions, educational video screenings, empathy games, and role-play exercises emphasizing mutual respect and helping others. Evaluation was conducted through observation and pretest–posttest questionnaires to assess changes in students’ empathy and social behavior. The results showed a significant improvement in empathy, such as better understanding of peers’ feelings and expressing care, as well as a decrease in verbal and social aggression. Anti-bullying education proved to be effective in shaping character and preventing violent behavior in elementary schools. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable model for fostering a safe and child-friendly school environment.
