This community service activity aims to empower the people of Kalebentang Village, Takalar Regency, through training in making Sanggara Balanda as a regional culinary product with economic and cultural potential. The local community faces several issues, including limited skills in developing local culinary products and lack of entrepreneurial knowledge to improve household income. The activity was conducted in three stages: preparation, training implementation, and evaluation. The training involved local residents, especially housewives and youth groups, who were taught to make Sanggara Balanda from ingredient preparation, cooking process, to packaging and marketing techniques. The results showed an increase in participants’ skills and understanding of local culinary potential as well as the emergence of entrepreneurial motivation among them. This program contributes to the preservation of traditional cuisine and enhances economic independence in Kalebentang Village.
