The development of information and communication technology has encouraged the transformation of education toward digital-based learning that is more flexible, interactive, and learner-centered. This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning innovation and an electronic media-based curriculum in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Learning Evaluation Course. The study employed a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from various literature sources, including books, scientific articles, and academic documents relevant to learning evaluation, curriculum, educational technology, and Islamic Religious Education learning. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of an electronic media-based curriculum is carried out through the development of digital Semester Learning Plans (RPS), the utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS), the development of digital teaching materials, and the use of various assessment applications such as Google Forms, Computer-Based Tests (CBT), Quizizz, and Kahoot. This implementation contributes to improving students’ pedagogical competence, professional competence, and digital literacy as prospective Islamic Religious Education teachers. However, its implementation still faces challenges, including limited infrastructure, insufficient digital competencies, unequal internet access, and issues related to digital ethics and security. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy, institutional support, and the sustainable development of digital learning are necessary to enhance the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in the digital era.
