This study In recent years, the culinary industry, especially those engaged in the fast food segment, has experienced significant growth. One prominent example is the mentai dimsum business. This study aims to analyze the development of the mentai dimsum business from various perspectives, including market growth, marketing strategies, product innovation, and the challenges faced. Mentai dimsum, which is a combination of traditional dimsum dishes and modern mentai sauce, has successfully attracted consumers' attention thanks to its unique taste, practical packaging, and ease of presentation. Data for this study were obtained through direct observation, interviews with business actors, consumer satisfaction surveys, and literature studies on food trends and consumer behavior. The results of the study show that the development of the mentai dimsum business is influenced by a number of key factors, including innovation in flavor variations, the use of social media as an effective promotional tool, collaboration with online food delivery platforms, and increasing public preference for practical but still quality food. In addition, flexibility in the business model, both through online and offline sales, also contributes to the growth of this business. However, challenges such as increasingly tight market competition, fluctuations in raw material prices, and changes in consumer preferences remain obstacles that must be overcome. This study also highlights the importance of innovation in production processes, packaging, and the use of technology to improve efficiency and quality.
