Teachers are also expected to be lifelong learners, constantly developing themselves and adapting to the latest technologies and teaching methods. The challenges faced by 21st century teachers are diverse, ranging from the digital divide, curriculum changes, to the demands of meeting the individual needs of each student. In addition, teachers must manage inclusive and diverse classrooms and face pressure to achieve high academic results.
