Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) learning models, the role of teachers, and children's responses to learning. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results indicate that the PAUD learning model is implemented flexibly and is child-centered through play-based learning activities. Teachers act as facilitators and learning companions. Children demonstrate positive responses in the form of increased activity, enthusiasm, cooperation, and independence. Challenges encountered can be overcome through teacher creativity and individual mentoring. This study concludes that an appropriate PAUD learning model can create enjoyable learning and support holistic child development.
