Abstract

As a supervisory unit within the Regional Police, Itwasda has a strategic role and function in providing excellent service, especially in handling public complaints. In order to function effectively, each component of Itwasda must be committed and have high integrity towards their duties and responsibilities to provide excellent service to the public. This study aims to determine the main tasks and functions of Itwasda, as well as the effectiveness of managing
