Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of the relationship between senior and junior teachers in the world of education and its impact on the implementation of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) of educators. One phenomenon that often appears in the world of education is the double burden phenomenon, where teachers face a heavy workload both at home and at work. Through an analysis of social interactions between senior and junior teachers, this study seeks to understand how this relationship pattern affects the performance and well-being of educators. This study also discusses the challenges faced by teachers in dealing with the double burden and its impact on the implementation of their educational duties.
