The phenomenon of bullying in elementary schools is a problem that has a wide impact on the emotional, social, and academic development of students. Teachers have a strategic role not only as teachers, but also as character mentors and guardians of a safe learning environment. The purpose of this article is to discuss how the code of ethics for the teaching profession can be applied concretely in handling and preventing bullying cases between students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, the author reviews literature related to teacher professional ethics, strategies for handling bullying, and the role of teachers in building a supportive and inclusive school climate. The results of the study indicate that bullying prevention requires cross-sector collaboration involving teachers, students, parents, and the surrounding environment. In addition, a strong understanding of the values of teacher professionalism, the implementation of clear school policies, and an educational and empathetic approach are important foundations in creating a school culture that is free from violence. Therefore, strengthening teacher professional ethics is a strategic step in building an education system that not only focuses on academic achievement, but also on the formation of student character with integrity and empathy.
