Abstract

The Amanah Ummat Community Learning Center (PKBM) in Makassar City is one of the non-formal educational institutions that organizes various learning programs, including Package A, B, and C equivalency education, as well as skills training. This evaluation is important to ensure that the program runs according to plan, as well as to identify things that need to be improved. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the program held at PKBM Amanah Ummat, especially in supporting students to acquire knowledge and skills in accordance with the objectives that have been set. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed descriptively to describe the implementation of the program and its impact on students. The results of the study indicate that the program run at PKBM Amanah Ummat generally succeeded in achieving most of the objectives set, with increased skills and student participation. However, there are several aspects that require more attention, especially in terms of resource management and improving learning facilities. Finally, this program evaluation provides very valuable input for further development in order to improve the quality of learning and skills of students at PKBM Amanah Ummat, so that this institution can continue to meet the needs of the community optimally.
