Pengaruh Kegiatan Osim terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Kepemimpinan dan Karakter Siswa di MTsN 1 Kepulauan Sula

This study aims to explore the influence of Intra-School Student Organization (OSIM) activities on improving students' leadership skills and character at MTsN 1 Kepulauan Sula. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that OSIM activities significantly contribute to the development of students' leadership skills and character. Students involved in OSIM reported improvements in communication skills, decision-making, and conflict management. In addition, they also showed positive developments in character values such as empathy, responsibility, and integrity through involvement in social activities and community service. Despite challenges such as lack of resources and support from the school, the results of this study indicate that OSIM activities have great potential to strengthen students' overall development. This study recommends increased support and resources for the OSIM program as well as ongoing evaluation to optimize benefits for students.
