Abstract

The learning environment is the same as the educational environment. A successful learning environment is greatly influenced by effective management of classroom discipline. This article aims to identify and analyze strategies that can be implemented by educators in building a conducive learning environment through managing classroom discipline. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to collect data from various relevant academic sources. The research results show that some effective strategies include clear and consistent application of rules, open and firm communication, and positive reinforcement of desired behavior. In addition, the importance of good relationships between teachers and students was also identified as a key factor in supporting classroom discipline. This article concludes that implementing these strategies not only improves discipline, but also encourages students' active participation and learning motivation, which ultimately contributes to better academic achievement.
