Abstract

In the Islamic perspective, teachers hold a very noble position. They play a crucial role in guiding, educating, and nurturing a knowledgeable, morally upright, and beneficial generation of Muslims. The role of teachers in Islam has a significant influence on the improvement of the quality of learning. The knowledge and skills acquired by teachers are not only limited to professional development-related knowledge but also encompass social and humanitarian duties. The importance of the teacher's role and their participation in achieving educational goals is crucial in character building, which is essential in shaping the attitudes and behaviors of students to become good and moral individuals. Teachers who instill religious values, ethics, and morals in their students contribute to the improvement of morals and ethics in society. By producing a generation with noble character, teachers contribute to building a better society and receive multiplied rewards for every deed performed by the generations they teach
