Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, technology plays a crucial role in education, especially in modern classroom management. This article explores how technology can enhance classroom management through management software, web-based applications, and collaborative tools. A literature review method was used to gather and analyze data from credible sources. The findings indicate that the use of software such as Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams can improve task management, assessment, and communication efficiency. Technology also enables personalized learning, supports various learning styles, and boosts student motivation through interactive multimedia and gamification. Additionally, collaborative applications and online learning platforms enhance student interaction and collaboration, creating a dynamic learning environment. Technology broadens access to learning resources, allowing students to access e-books, video tutorials, and academic databases. The use of technology in assessment allows for quick and detailed feedback. In conclusion, the integration of technology in modern classroom management can significantly improve the overall quality of education. Therefore, educators and educational institutions should continuously leverage technology to achieve more effective and meaningful educational outcomes. To analyze the data collected, thematic analysis was employed. This technique involves identifying, analyzing, and reporting patterns (themes) within the data. The thematic analysis provided a comprehensive understanding of the impact of various technological tools on classroom management, enabling the researchers to draw meaningful conclusions and provide practical recommendations for educators.
