Penerapan Pendekatan Humanistik dalam Pengelolaan Kelas untuk Mendorong Pembelajaran Inklusif

The humanistic approach has emerged as a significant subject in promoting inclusive learning. The aim of this article is to compare the humanistic approach with the behavioristic approach in classroom management to foster inclusive learning. The method used to compile this article is literature review to compare the application of the humanistic approach in classroom management with other approaches. Through data from literature reviews from various sources such as books, journals, and other relevant sources. The result show that the humanistic approach in classroom management is superior in promoting inclusive learning and creating enviroment that values divercity. The behavioristic approach is more effective in managing behaviors and skills. By considering the strengths and weaknesses of each approach teachers will be able to choose the appropriate approach in classroom management to promote inclusive learning.
