Abstract

The development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia has shown rapid progress in the last decade. This study aims to analyze employee performance through a 360-degree feedback assessment method at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kalideres. This research method uses a non-statistical quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The author combines the Likert scale and 360-degree assessment to obtain a more accurate, fair, and effective evaluation, by involving superiors, coworkers, subordinates, and self-assessment, so that it is not limited to the assessment of direct superiors like conventional methods. The results of the study obtained that the performance assessment with the 360-degree method for 13 employees showed 1 employee in the "Very Good" category Arky Ariesandy Akbar received a score of 10 recommended for promotion and bonus, 7 employees in the "Good" category 8.6–9.35 with bonus and training recommendations, and 5 employees in the "Medium" category 6.8–7.45 with recommendations for direction and training. The research instrument was proven valid (r-value > 0.4762) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha 0.929 > 0.60). The analysis showed that the 360-degree method was able to increase objectivity in employee performance assessments.
