The main problem in this study is that learning activities are still focused on the teacher, students are less focused on learning and often complain of boredom in following the learning, resulting in low learning outcomes for the theme of living in harmony. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes for the theme of living in harmony before and after the Snowball Throwing learning model assisted by picture media in class II UPT SPF SDN Garuda, Makassar City and the effect of the Snowball Throwing learning model assisted by picture media on the learning outcomes for the theme of living in harmony in class II students of UPT SPF SDN Garuda, Makassar City. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design research and is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study was 25 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning outcome tests and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive data analysis techniques and T-Test tests. The results of the study showed that the learning outcomes for the theme of living in harmony before the implementation of the Snowball Throwing learning model assisted by picture media in the pretest with an average value of 63.2. While in the posttest increased with an average value of 91.2. The results of the t-test showed a t count of 16.890. The ttable value of α = 0.05 and dk (degrees of freedom), in the normal distribution there is 1 parameter that is free to determine its value = 1. Then dk = 25 - 1 = 24 is 2.06, then the result of tcount> ttable is 16.890> 2.06. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be stated that the application of the snowball throwing learning model assisted by image media has an effect on learning outcomes in class II students of UPT SPF SDN Garuda, Makassar City.
