Abstract

Learning by utilizing applications based on information technology and networks. This study reveals the problems and solutions with cases in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The qualitative descriptive research method designed to describe research data objectively, with inductive data analysis, prioritizing the process and meaning. Collection techniques, with observation, interviews, and documentation and researchers as the key. The results of the interview found problems faced by students, lecturers and parents. For students, the most prominent; data packages, consecutive saturated conditions, disturbed concentration, parents are less supportive, learning is not familiar, use of shared gadgets and unstable networks. Lecturer problems; most prominent low enthusiasm for learning, declining competence, difficulty in character building, communication and there are still lecturers constrained by learning. While parents; economic difficulties, opportunities, wrong understanding of learning and communication problems. From the study, it was found that solutions to problems in online learning, in general, require the same understanding that education is a shared responsibility. Communication is expected to be built well, so that problems can be resolved. Problems of economic difficulties, data packages, networks, gadgets to be solved together comprehensively, collaboration between parents, lecturers and other parties. The difficulties of online learning are solved by holding training for lecturers, mentoring students and socializing to parents. Problems of learning opportunities and facilities, parents and students are expected to make a priority scale. The problem of lack of enthusiasm due to boredom, impaired concentration, the solution is found for lecturers to implement innovative, creative and interesting learning, even learning is expected to be entertaining at the same time.
