Bullying in elementary schools is a serious issue that can affect students’ psychological, social, and academic development. This study aims to analyze the impact of bullying on students at SD Inpres 146 Bontokanang, focusing on psychological aspects, learning motivation, and social interaction. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey questionnaires, supported by in-depth interviews with teachers and students. Data were analyzed through a simple regression test to examine the relationship between bullying intensity and its effects on students. The findings reveal that bullying significantly decreases learning motivation, increases anxiety, and disrupts peer relationships. Furthermore, students who experience bullying tend to withdraw from social activities and show lower levels of self-confidence. These results highlight the urgent need for systematic preventive strategies, including active involvement of teachers, parents, and the school community to create a safe, inclusive, and violence-free learning environment. In conclusion, bullying has a substantial negative effect on elementary students’ development; therefore, early intervention and strict school policies are essential to minimize its occurrence.
